The location was phenomenal, room was themed and employees were flexible. Cute view, a cosy balcony, lovely bed, too. Attractive hotel perfectly located in the city. The casual restaurant was reasonably priced with lots of meals in the menu. Speedy check-in, efficient check-out.

Wi-Fi was rather slow.

It's nice comfy base for sightseeing and exploring Playa del Carmen. Only 5 min walk to downtown.

Very clean and well-kept place. 1 km to the airport. We liked to chill in the nearby Agarrame Las Carnitas. Moreover, there was a free Wi-Fi. We will be back next year.

This hotel was on a rowdy street.
